We booked a block of 20 rooms at the Days Inn & Suites 4422 Edson Rd, Kent, OH. The rate w/tax is $90.00 per night for non-smoking, two double beds. Please note rooms need to be booked by the cutoff date of , Sept. 1, 2022 or they’ll be released to the general public. Reserve your room online or call the hotel at 330-677-9400. BBQ Fred Fuller Park, Roy H Smith Pavillon
Meet at 5:30, Serving at 6:30 Out by 9:00 pm.
1/2 chicken and beef brisket. Green beans , baked beans rolls iced tea and lemonade and tea. The price is $25.00
All cans to be taken out. It is against the rules to have beer, but the fellow who cleans up and I have an understanding that if there are no cans left there is no issue. We have done this for all the reunions.
Saturday- Sept.17th
9:00am- Baseball game Actives vs Alumni at Fred Fuller Park, Roy H Smith Shelter House
Baseball game is at Fred Fuller Park main campus in back of the offices
11:00am Pizza and TKE general meeting under a shelter
Lawn yard games
In the event of a rain out, we will meet in the hospitality room at the hotel and have pizza and the meeting.
5:30pm- Kent Student Center- University Banquet Rm.
The price is $35.00
Bar opens at 5:30
Buffet Dinner is served at 6:30
History of the founding of Iota Pi is presented
History of the Refounding of the Chapter is presented
Pub crawl for those who care or go to the Days Inn hospitality room to socialize
